We have recently successfully completed the delivery and start-up of a high-power LD-6530E laser machine with rotary cutting head and 12 kW source power for one of our key customers. This project became another example of a comprehensive approach to equipping production facilities with modern equipment.
 

 

Features of the supplied equipment

LD-6530E is a modern laser sheet metal cutting machine characterized by high productivity, precision and reliability. Thanks to the rotary head, efficient cutting of both flat workpieces and profiled material (pipes and channels) is possible, which significantly expands the production capabilities of the customer.

🔹 With a laser power of 12 kW, you can easily handle cutting thick metal, including ferrous steel, stainless steel and aluminum.
🔹 The swiveling cutting head provides flexibility and precision when working with different types of workpieces.
🔹 The 6500 x 3000 mm working field is ideal for large-sized products and batch production.

Engineering systems: clean and stable

The machine was delivered and integrated at the same time:

  • Air filtration and recuperation system for efficient cleaning of combustion products and return of heat to the room – this increases the energy efficiency of the workshop.
  • The cutting air preparation system is a key element for stable and safe operation of the equipment when using process gases (oxygen, nitrogen).

Result

The machine was installed, connected and put into operation in the shortest possible time by our specialists. After the start-up, the personnel was trained and recommendations were given on optimal cutting modes for different materials.
